These terms cover your use of simamdigital.com, the demonstration applications we publish on our subdomains, the headset apps we publish on the Meta Horizon Store, and the free tools we make available. They do not cover paid client work, which is governed by the contract we sign with you. Where the two disagree, your contract wins.
You may read, share and link to anything published here. You may not copy the site wholesale, scrape it at a scale that degrades it for others, or present our work as your own.
Our free tools: the AI Readiness Assessment, the AI ROI Calculator, the AI Use-Case Finder and the AI Strategy Hub: are provided free and as-is. Their output is an estimate produced from the figures you enter. It is not financial, legal, tax or professional advice, and it is not a quotation. Do not make an investment or hiring decision on a tool result alone.
Some features of the AI Strategy Hub require you to supply your own third-party API key. If you do, that key is used to make calls on your behalf and your use of that provider is governed by their terms, not ours. You remain responsible for the cost of those calls.
Several applications we link to are prototypes, concept demonstrations or work-in-progress builds published so you can see the work. They may contain placeholder data, may change without notice, and may be taken offline. Where an application describes itself as a concept demonstration, it is exactly that: it does not represent a real event, product launch or commercial offering.
We publish apps for Meta Quest headsets. These terms apply to them, alongside Meta's own terms for the Horizon Store, and what each app does with your data is set out in its own policy on our app privacy page.
Where an app is free, it is free with no advertising and nothing to buy inside it. Buying, installing, updating and refunding an app is handled by Meta, not by us: we have no access to your store account. Help with how an app behaves is on our app support page.
Some of our apps put you in a live session with other people, with voice chat. Be civil. Do not harass anyone, do not use voice chat to abuse, threaten or impersonate people, and do not use an app to break the law. We cannot moderate a live conversation as it happens and we do not listen to one, so the route that can act on a Meta account is Meta's own report and block tools, built into your headset. We may withdraw access to an app, and we will cooperate with Meta where an account has to be dealt with.
The apps are provided as-is. We do not promise that an app will be free of faults, that it will work on every headset or in every room, or that a multiplayer session will always be available. Headsets, room scanning and hand tracking all vary, and so does your network.
We do not promise that this site or any tool will be available uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it at any time.
Unless stated otherwise, the content, design, code and imagery on this site belong to Simam Digital Ltd or to our licensors. Client work shown in case studies remains the property of the client concerned and appears with their knowledge. Third-party names and logos belong to their owners.
Do not use this site or our tools to break the law, to attempt unauthorised access to any system, to introduce malicious code, or to harass anyone. We may withdraw access if you do.
We link to third-party sites and services we think are useful. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or their handling of your data.
Nothing here limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of data, or losses arising from your reliance on a free tool's output.
We update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
