These terms cover your use of simamdigital.com, the demonstration applications we publish on our subdomains, and the free tools we make available. They do not cover paid client work, which is governed by the contract we sign with you. Where the two disagree, your contract wins.
You may read, share and link to anything published here. You may not copy the site wholesale, scrape it at a scale that degrades it for others, or present our work as your own.
Our free tools — the AI Readiness Assessment, the AI ROI Calculator, the AI Use-Case Finder and the AI Strategy Hub — are provided free and as-is. Their output is an estimate produced from the figures you enter. It is not financial, legal, tax or professional advice, and it is not a quotation. Do not make an investment or hiring decision on a tool result alone.
Some features of the AI Strategy Hub require you to supply your own third-party API key. If you do, that key is used to make calls on your behalf and your use of that provider is governed by their terms, not ours. You remain responsible for the cost of those calls.
Several applications we link to are prototypes, concept demonstrations or work-in-progress builds published so you can see the work. They may contain placeholder data, may change without notice, and may be taken offline. Where an application describes itself as a concept demonstration, it is exactly that — it does not represent a real event, product launch or commercial offering.
We do not promise that this site or any tool will be available uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it at any time.
Unless stated otherwise, the content, design, code and imagery on this site belong to Simam Digital Ltd or to our licensors. Client work shown in case studies remains the property of the client concerned and appears with their knowledge. Third-party names and logos belong to their owners.
Do not use this site or our tools to break the law, to attempt unauthorised access to any system, to introduce malicious code, or to harass anyone. We may withdraw access if you do.
We link to third-party sites and services we think are useful. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or their handling of your data.
Nothing here limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of data, or losses arising from your reliance on a free tool's output.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
