Construction sites

Every walk round the site becomes dated proof of what was there.

A record of your site in 3D, in a browser, month by month. Pick a date, walk the site, see what was there. No app for anyone to install, and nothing for your team to learn.

We call it Site 3D Record.

What it fixes.

You already use Autodesk or Procore? Keep them. This does one job they do not: a visual, dated record of the whole site that anyone can open from a link. It works alongside what you have, or on its own if that is all you need.

Nobody can prove what the site looked like on a given day

Photographs sit on somebody’s phone with no context and no date anybody trusts. When a dispute, a payment claim or a snag turns up months later, the argument is about memory.

Every question costs a trip

Someone drives to site to look at one thing. The project manager, the quantity surveyor and the client all want to see it, so that is three trips for one answer.

Progress is reported, not shown

A percentage in a report is somebody’s judgement. A lender or a client who wants to see it for themselves has to take your word, or come to site.

What people use it for.

  • Progress records, month by month, with each date kept
  • Dilapidation and handover evidence, captured before and after
  • Remote site checks, so the question gets answered from a link

See one running. Build stages, a tower going up: open the demo → It is our own sample build, and it says so on screen.

Start with a pilot, not a contract.

Two captures, a month apart, so you see the change for yourself before you commit to anything. That is the moment it either clicks or it does not.

  1. We capture. A walk round with a phone or a 360 camera, planned around what you actually need to show.
  2. You get a link. Pick a date, move around, read what was there. Nothing to install, and you can send it to anyone.
  3. We do it again a month later. Now you have two dates, and the difference between them is the whole point.

The pilot is £750 + VAT, two captures a month apart, and it counts as your first month of the plan.

After that, Site 3D Record is £300 to £800 + VAT a month, by site size, how often you want it, and how many people use it.

Aerial drone filming is quoted separately: we arrange a licensed pilot and pass the flight through as its own line. It is never hidden inside a monthly price.

Ask about a pilot

The things people ask first.

How accurate are the measurements?

A capture measures to within about 10 to 20 per cent, which is useful for seeing and comparing and not good enough to settle anything. Where a figure matters legally or commercially, the surveyed number rules and this does not replace it. We would rather say that here than after you have paid.

Do we need any software?

No. It opens in a browser on a phone or a laptop, from a link you can send to anyone. No app, no account, no licence for your team.

Who can see it?

Whoever you send the link to. It is not listed or searchable, and we can put it on your own domain if you would rather it looked like yours.

What if we stop?

Tell us and it stops. We will export what you have so the record stays yours rather than disappearing with the subscription.

Can we just buy the software?

Yes, if you would rather run it yourself. the Construction Progress Kit is the same viewer as source code, from £49 including VAT, and it has its own page. The service is for people who would rather not run their own hardware.

Start with one pilot.

Tell us about the place. We will say what it would take and what it would cost, before anybody commits to anything.
